3. Animation Made for 'Hortum Machina B' is now on display in Ars Electronica Festival 2016 by Ting Jui Brook Lin

Watch the animation here!

The animation was a made as part of the display of the installation, Hortum Machina B in Ars Electronica Festival 2016. The installation was created by William Victor Camilleri & Danilo Sampaio. The installation is half garden, half machine, exploring the interaction between human and nature.

Since I can't make it to the exhibition, I asked William Victor (the lead researcher of Hortum Machina B) to take some pictures of the exhibition space for my new post. He appears to manage to show himself off in the photograph very well also!

New Project, 'An Anatomical Embassy', coming soon!

'An Anatomical Embassy' is a speculative project based on the existing embassy of Japan in London, exploring the architecture in diplomacy, and themes such as 'home and the other', 'architectural uncanny', also embodying Venturi's ideas of 'duality', 'fragments', 'individuals', 'inflections' and 'the whole’.  The project is carried out through working with writings, drawings, models and films, which will be released on the website on the 24th of June, alongside exhibiting at the Bartlett summer show in U24 show space.
